Petsmart has a large array of Halloween costumes for dogs and cats, including headwear costumes that are easier for costume-intolerant cats to wear. And, between the World’s Coolest Cat Contest and Petsmart’s Halloween photo contest, you’ll have no shortage of occasions to wear your costume! TO ENTER:
All you need to do is describe which Petsmart costume you’d like to win and why, by leaving a comment in the comments field of this post. Make sure you’ve input your correct email address and blog or Catster Profile URL when you leave your comment so we can contact the winner.

There are no limitations on the form your entry can take. It can be a simple declarative statement, a poem, or a link to a blog post that contains multimedia content including photos and video. Bonus points might be scored by telling the world why you want to win Catster’s World’s Coolest Cat Contest.

EXAMPLE:

“I want to win the ‘Companion Road How Now Brown Cow Costume’ because if I were a cow I could drink all the milk I wanted all day long, and besides, it a cool costume. Every time I nap, I dream of winning the World’s Coolest Cat Contest. This would be a dream come true. ”

WHO CAN ENTER:
All cats who have either a Catster ID or blog can enter. Up to 4 cats per household can enter, so long as each one has her own blog or Catster page. Catster and Petsmart employees are not eligible. Judges reserve the right to disqualify any entries at their own discretion.

JUDGING:
A secret team of judges will select the winning entry based on originality and entertainment value. No purchase necessary, and a purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Your entry must be a single work of original material by the contest entrant. Play nice and don’t hiss. Judges’ decisions are final.

DEADLINE:
Entries must be posted in the comments field of this post before October 19, 2008 at 11:59pm PDT.

WINNER
Will be announced October 20th.
