Single White Cat Seeks Red Chick

In the UK, an unlikely pair have become BFFs. Snowy, a 10-yr-old farm cat, and Gladys, a Bantam chicken, have struck up a friendship that includes public displays of affection and grooming*.
Gladys is the only surviving member of her family, which was wiped out in a fox attack. After the attack, her owners brought her in the house to keep her safe. Snowy befriended the orphan chick, and now the pair is inseparable. Snowy even puts her paw around the chicken, as if to comfort her.

No word on whether Snowy shares her Fancy Feast Sliced Chicken in Gravy with Gladys.

There were cats and chickens concurrently in my life up until a year and a bit ago. They were housed separately, though.
