Hi Skeezy. That looks like one of them there “coffee can” mufflers for imports, you know a 1″ inlet pipe and a 6″ outlet. Them things make terrible sounds and scrape them roads. Only teenage kids use those kind of mufflers. The cat was just inspecting it and getting a good laugh at how stupid those mufflers are! Your pal, Bosco
