Back in the day, or so I hear, there were office cats, shop cats, all kinds of working cats, and they were loved and appreciated, as much for their rodent-control skills as for their beauty and sweetness. I lost my four beloved cats in Hurricane Katrina.......had to take care of my 84 year old mother, and thought we would be back in three days. So glad to read that this handsome orangie man adopted a good person and is now "living the good life"....and not at all surprised he is living in a restaurant.....after all...he was a New Orleans Kitty....and you know how us New Orleanians love our food!!!
