Avast ye mateys! Unless ye be wantin’ to walk the plank, it’s time to don yer best pirate garb and Meow Like a Pirate this Saturday!

The Cat’s Meow will set sail for a raucous day of pillagin’ and keel-haulin’, so join in the fun!

Photoshopped pirate garb is purrmitted for those of you who are accustomed to going commando.

All ye kittehs, decorate your blogs or Catster profiles, and don your best pirate gear for The Cat’s Meow’s Meow Like a Pirate Contest!

Leave a comment on this post, and a link to your Catster profile and/or blog.

ELIGIBILITY

All cats with a Catster Profile or public blog may enter.
All cats in a household may enter.
If more than one cat in the household is a finalist, the household will have only one entry in the grand prize drawing. (For example, if three of the ten finalists are from the same household, they will get one consolidated entry in the drawing for the grand prize, such that there will be eight names [7 individuals and 1 household] in the drawing.)

Leave your comment by 11:59pm Catster time (PT) on Sep 18th to be eligible.

GRAND PRIZE

We’ll be givin’ away 50 zealies and a kitty kat pirate hat (right) to the Top Pirate. The best entries will be featured on The Cat’s Meow Blog on Saturday.

WINNER SELECTION

The best of the entries will be featured on The Cat’s Meow on Saturday, Sep 19th. At the end of the day, a name will be drawn at random (via random.org) from those finalists for the Grand Prize winner.
