He always gives us lots of goodies/treats, makes sue that we have our dinner on time, give us snuggles and yes he even forgives us when we once in ahile act “silly”!!

We love our dad, he gives us fresh food and makes sure our water fountain is full every morning. When he comes home from work we wait for him to come inside, we mow at the door if he sits on the porch. He plays with us a lot and keeps the big bed nice and warm at night.

My Dad treats me like the queen that I am! Sometimes he even lets me sleep on his legs at night, even though then he can’t sleep… Not only does he foot all my bills (I’ve currently racked up about $1,000 at the vets this past year), but he also comes home everyday at lunch to see if I’m OK and happy! He loves me and gives me kisses and treats and plays with me and laughs with me!!! I love him almost as much as my Mom

Hello, I am writing on behalf of all of us including my brothers and sisters, Jemima, Carmen, Ginseng, and Finnegan. We want you to know that we have the world’s best cat dad! I think I am his personal favorite because he lets me jump up on the counter so I can give him lots of head butts, but the others all think he likes them the best. Whatever.
Anyway, dad is a really good writer (check out his blog over at the Best Friends Network website) and he wants to use his writing abilities to help cats everywhere. That’s nice for other cats, but we are happy that he is here to give us attention and pets. Oh yeah, he only buys us the very best food and natural cat litter, not to mention all the catnip cigars that we want!

I wanna nom-nom-nominate my Daddycat who rescued me, because even though I spend all my time cuddling up with mommacat, he still loves me, and feeds me, and clears up my mess when I have an accident and wee around the house.
My Daddy is wonderful, he’s helped me since I was just born and is now helping me get cuddle time with the big boy cats here (especially Tigmut’hep) who are sometimes a little grumpy at me wanting to play all the time…
Oh how I love cuddles with my Daddy!
My “Dad” is the best dad!!
First, let me explain. My “dad” is not my dad quite yet. He and my pet human are getting married on July 19. So it’s not official until then. Plus, since my pet human is not my “mom” but my pet, I don’t know what to call the man. But “dad” is sounding better and better.
My dad includes me in all the best man-stuff. Sports, beer, chicken wings, ribs, etc. He gives me the best scritches. And best of all, he knows the “let’s play one human against another” game! He likes to play it. Oh joy for me. If I don’t get what I want from the woman, all I have to do is rub against his legs and purr real hard, and shazaaam! I get all of my demands met without further fuss.
Here’s a photo of my dad and me sharing a beer and channel surfing between the NCAA Basketball Finals and Opening Day of Baseball. Sorry, but the photographer cut off his head. Even so, he’s kinda handsome, in a rugged way.

My Daddy is furry furry special, and we all love him very much.
My Dad was diagnosed with Cancer last August, and went for daily radiation and weekly Chemo. He was furry sick and weak through all of his treatments. He lost 40 pounds and was furry furry skinny.
Afterwards he developed bad bad side effects from the treatments and had to go for weekly, then biweekly endoscopies to fix his swallowing. He is still getting those done, and next week is Number 21. Happily he has gained weight back, and is on his way to being healthy again.
Daddy gave me shots every day, 2 times a day, even as week/sick as he was – I was very important. He made sure I got my 4 square meals a day, and ate them all. He even made them schedule his treatments around MY FEEDING schedules so Mom would not have to run back and forth from the hospital.
Mom offered to have me stay at the Kitty Spa – but Dad said NO WAY – he’s MY LITTLE MAN and he stays here.
I am furry proud that he is my Daddy, and that he loves me and all by fursiblings so much.
He is the best Daddy on the Planet!!!!!

I have the greatest Daddy! He found me in the parking lot of a police station and took me home, fed me and made me his own. All the years of my life Daddy has made sure that I have everything I need. That old wicked stepmother of mine says that just in the past 5 years, the vet money spent on me could have bought most people a new car. But Daddy knows that I am worth it. As you can see by my pictures Daddy and I like to do a lot of things together. My Daddy spends a lot of time working from home and I am his constant companion.
We are the best buds ever–me and my great Dad!
I have the world’s most pawsome Dad – fitting, because I happen to be the most pawsome cat in the galaxy, MOL. All kidding aside, my Dad is the best, and for a couple of reasons.
He is an Army officer, and believe me, while there are military personnel who are proud cat and dog people, my Dad takes it to the next level. He is currently deployed in Iraq, so I haven’t been able to cuddle with him for the last 6 months or so. However, he takes every opportunity he can to talk about me with his colleagues, even forcing them to look at pictures of me, MOL.
At a meeting with Iraqi counterparts a few months ago, everyone in the room talked about their families. I was really happy to find out from Mom that Dad brought me up in his introduction there! He has also found fellow “cat people” in his unit, and they talk about how they can’t wait to return home and see their felines again. And whenever Mom and Dad have a chance to talk, he asks her how I’m doing, and looks forward to the (occasional) pictures of moi that Mom emails him.
My Dad has distinguished himself in other ways, too. He was the first one to notice me at the animal shelter. We’ve spent a lot of time together playing in the backyard, watching TV, and generally doing all sorts of hanging out. And he is the only person I allow to pick me up whenever he wants. I don’t even do that with my Mom!

My daddy is the very best. My daddy and mommy rescued me from the humane society after I had been there for a very long time. I knew I would love my daddy from the moment I saw him at the shelter. I even told him there, I reached up on his leg to say how much I liked him and that was the moment he knew he loved me too. Ever since I came to my forever home my daddy has loved me so much and made me feel so safe and secure. We take naps together and play string. He makes sure I have good food and lots of fresh water. But, what makes my daddy the very best is how he has taken care of me since I have been sick. I was diagnosed with kidney failure over 2 years ago. They told my daddy and mommy I would only live a few more months, and that was over 2 years ago. I think it is because daddy takes such good care of me. He gives me my medicine and i.v. fluids under my skin every night, even after he has worked 2 jobs. He has done a lot of research to find things that will help my appetite, as being sick I dont feel much like eating. He found a supplement for me to help me keep my weight up. He even work hard to find foods that tastes really good to me. I love my daddy and I am so glad he rescued me. He also rescued the other kitties I call my family. He takes the bestest care of me. He is the best daddy a cat could have
We don’t have one of those daddy things. But we have an uncle Mark, so we’ll talk about him. Uncle Mark is a friend of our mommies, and he pretends he doesn’t like cats, but we know he loves us. When mommy is away for work (which is a lot of the time) he stops by and sees us to make sure we aren’t lonely. Mommy didn’t know for a long time he was doing this and we kept it our little secret. Finally when mommy asked him once to come check on us, he told her he had come over before. How great is THAT an Uncle Mark who comes even when he doesn’t have to.
Lots of times if it has stormed out or mommy is just worried about one of us she will ask Uncle Mark to stop by. He even takes pictures on his phone and sends them to mommy (also without being asked) so she can see we are ok and happy.
Oh and he bought Winnie her favorite toy, Markie mouse, and gives us treaties.
Everyone should have an Uncle Mark if you don’t have one of those daddy things, heck you should have one either way!
My dad is awesome not because of something that he does, but rather something he doesn’t do. He doesn’t say ‘no’ when Mommy tells him about a kitty outside our home who needs food or water. He doesn’t say ‘no’ when Mommy emails or calls him from work telling him about a kitty who needs some special attention and could he come live with us for awhile. He doesn’t say ‘no’ when they are in Petsmart or Petco or Target and Mommy fills the cart with cans of food or toys or treats or new cat furniture. And lastly, Daddy doesn;t say no when one (or several!) of us climb into his lap for some headrubs or scratches or just for some lovin’ up!
My hooan is the bestest Papaw ever. When he goes to bed at night he waits for me to come in to be with him, then he gives me “cookies” and I in turn go up and give him kisses on his face. He lets me come outside with him when he works in the yard. He brushes my coat daily, and plays with me too.We have catfabulous times together. by Tigger
Hi! My name is Mr. Silk and I am strictly a DAD cat. Daddy and I are inseparable. We are so close, in fact, that it is bordering on scandalous!
Daddy found me on a cold, rainy day when he was fixing up a house for rental. At first, he didn’t want to take me home because he and Mommy already had “too many cats” but I howled and screamed and clawed at the screen door until it was impossible for him to ignore me. It was Mommy’s birthday and I was intended to be a present for her, but in typical cat fashion, I chose Daddy as the most worthy purrrr-son in the household.
You will always find me either in Daddy’s bed or on Daddy’s lap. He is my hero and my role model and I will love him furrrrrEVER. Check out our picture on my Catster profile.
