I’m going to spend today relaxing at home and sleeping off my turkey overload. But if you’re one of the people who enjoys braving the madding crowds in search of great holiday gift deals, be sure to see what’s out there for your cat too.
If you’re going to do your Black Friday shopping online, there are lots of wonderful independent merchants that sell gifts any cat would love. From cat trees to scratching posts and much more. Also check out nearby independently owned pet stores. Your cat won’t care if you shop local, but it’ll give you a warm, fuzzy feeling if you spread your holiday cheer by supporting your hometown merchants. I just got through looking at all the different cat trees from Fantasy Cat Furniture; imagine my astonishment at all the variety of sizes and shapes for my 11 rescued furbabies to play and frolic. All that pent-up energy – they’re strictly indoor cats – and need to scratch would be put to good use with one or two of these cat trees in a corner. I know they would have a wonderful time, since cats do love heights and being able to climb to achieve this.
I am getting a large tax refund in late winter, so I will be making a purchase. Christmas will be coming late for my sweeties, but it’ll well be worth it. Thank you for the links.
