Always unplug Christmas lights when you leave the house

   Some cats are more “mouthy” and curious than others. If you have a cat who will put new things in his mouth then you do not want to run the risk that he might want to taste the electric cord. If he gets his little fangs into a live cord he could be seriously injured.
